From your first consultation to your helper's arrival, the process typically takes 2 to 3 weeks. We'll keep you updated at every stage.
We train across 7 areas: general housework, laundry and ironing, kitchen hygiene, Chinese cooking, Western cooking, child care, and home organisation. Training takes place in a real home environment over 5 to 7 days — not a classroom setting.
Yes — we send you photo updates of your helper's training progress as it happens. You'll see exactly what she's learning before she steps into your home.
Yes — up to 2 replacements are included in our service. In the rare event of a genuine mismatch, we'll work with you to find a better fit. If you choose to terminate the service, we'll discuss a fair resolution including partial refund of agency fees and any remaining placement fees.
English fluency is not the primary thing we screen for — and we're direct about why. A helper who is hardworking, well-trained, and eager to learn will serve your family better than one who speaks well but performs poorly. We screen for character and trainability first, and we provide translation support during the virtual interview so nothing is lost.
