Our Process

From first conversation
to her first day.

Typically 2 to 3 weeks, start to finish. Every step designed to prevent the mismatch before it happens.

01

Understand your home

We start with a 45-minute conversation — not a quick form. We ask about your household size, daily routines, cooking preferences, children, elderly family members, and what's been frustrating about helpers in the past.

We use a structured Needs Assessment so nothing important gets missed. By the end, we know exactly what kind of helper fits your home — and we'll tell you honestly if we can match it.

02

Character screening & shortlisting

We don't just filter by availability. We look at attitude, background, and willingness to learn. We prioritise good character over polished English or years of experience — because a well-trained helper who is eager to improve will serve your family far better than one who ticks boxes on paper.

Once shortlisted, we guide you through a structured virtual interview. We'll give you the right questions to ask, and we'll be in the room to moderate so both sides communicate clearly.

03

In-Singapore training (5–7 days)

After your helper arrives in Singapore, we put her through 5 to 7 days of hands-on training — covering 7 areas: general housework, laundry and ironing, kitchen hygiene, Chinese cooking, Western cooking, child care, and home organisation.

This is real training in a real home environment — and you're part of it. We send you photo updates of her progress as it happens, so you see exactly what she's learning before she steps into your home.

04

A simple visual timetable & full handover

Before your helper starts, we distill your household's routine into a simple, visual day plan — not a long, daunting SOP. When she can see her day at a glance, she doesn't need reminding, and nothing gets missed.

We also handle all the admin: MOM paperwork, SIP/EOP registration, medical checks, flights, insurance. You focus on welcoming her. We handle the rest.

After Placement

Our job doesn't end at her first day.

We're on this journey with you throughout — mediating when it's needed, and doing the performance reviews and milestone incentives together with you. The two habits that keep good helpers for years, not months.

? What employers usually ask us Most conversations start with "How should I reward my helper?" "How do I go about doing the performance review?" "I'm thinking of this house rule — is it a good idea?" Whatever it is — ask. That's what being on this journey together means.
