Hello! I started Trust Manpower after seeing the same story play out too many times: a family hires a helper, things don't work out, and the agency offers a partial refund and another random profile. Nobody learns anything. The cycle repeats.
The root cause was never bad luck — it was a broken process. Agencies weren't taking time to understand what families actually needed. And helpers weren't being prepared for the homes they were entering.
So we built something different. We start with an honest conversation about your home, your family, and your expectations. We screen helpers on character — not just availability. And we train them ourselves, in Singapore, before they arrive at your door.
